Data Deletion

What we may hold

• A review you wrote on a hotel page (the name you entered, your rating and your text).
• Search text typed into AI Search. These logs are not linked to your name, account or IP address, so we cannot tell which ones are yours.
• Nothing from Facebook or Instagram. We do not receive or store your profile, friends, messages or other personal data from Meta.

How to ask us to delete it

1. Email support@hoteldekha.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us what to delete, for example the hotel and the review, with the name you used.
3. We will confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

Comments on our social posts

Comments you write on our YouTube, Facebook or Instagram posts are stored by those platforms. To remove one, delete it on the platform itself. If we replied, ask us at the address above and we will remove our reply too.
